Shipping
We ship all orders for the continental United States and Canada through UPS. For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii
we can ship through USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or by USPS Ground (surface). For other International customers we can ship
through USPS.
Shipping Charges
We base our shipping charges on as close to actual cost as possible.
Our online shopping cart gets the shipping rate directly from UPS based on your address
and the estimated weight/size of your package. If shipping seems high it may be because of your location, we ship all orders
from our location in Frederick, Maryland (zip code: 21701). Customers located on the East Coast will find shipping charges to be
less than those located on the West Coast. For large orders we can usually provide alternative shipping methods to save on shipping
costs. We do offer Hundredweight shipping through UPS, this is a low cost shipping option for orders of 200 lbs and more. Hundredweight
shipping is priced per 100 pounds starting at 200 pounds.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on some of our products. If free shipping is available for a product you will see a red Free Shipping! notification in the product description. To qualify for free shipping the order total must be at least $100. Free shipping applies only to those products which qualify for free shippng; as such, shipping charges will be applied to products which do not qualify for free shipping. For example, if you purchase $90 of a glass tile which qualifies for free shipping and another $10 of a product which does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged for shipping on the $10 product only.
Return Policy
Wholesalers USA, Inc. would like our customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have purchased from us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods
for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping costs are incurred at your risk and are not refundable. We do charge a 25%
restocking fee for returned merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Samples are not refundable. Deliveries
which are refused are considered as returns and are subject to this return policy.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt which was given to you along with the original packaging.
There will be no refund on items returned that are not in saleable condition. If you paid for your order by credit card,
a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If you have any questions regarding your order, please
feel free to contact us.
Wholesalers USA makes samples available for most of our products - we strongly encourage you to purchase a sample before
making a large purchase - especially when purchasing glass tiles. You'll want to see the color of the glass tile in location
where you'll be installing them before making a purchase. This will help to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your
order and avoid making a return.
Address Changes
After an order has shipped, and before delivery of that order, if a change of delivery address is
requested a $10 surcharge will be incurred by the customer. This is the charge which UPS charges us
and we are mearly passing the charge along.
Damage During Shipping
All shipments are insured.
We use extra care when packaging your glass tile, glass gems, and other fragile items; however, sometimes
products do get damaged during shipping. When you receive a
package from a shipper and it is damaged, you must contact us within 5 calendar days (sooner is
preferred) and report that the package arrived in damaged condition. This is because shipping companies have
specific regulations for returns of damaged goods and we need to file claims within their stated terms.
Upon notification of a damaged shipment we will process the claim with the shipping company; meanwhile, we will re-ship the damaged goods.
If the package is damaged when it arrives do not refuse delivery, rather accept it and assess the extent of damage to the goods. Refusing
delivery will further delay your receipt of replacement goods as we need to wait for the return before we can assess the damage.
You will need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim
resolution process is finished (up to 2 weeks). It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the
shipping company for inspection.
Shipping Times
We make an effort to ship your order as soon as it is received. If your order does not ship the same day, it will usually be
shipped the next business day.
Samples
Samples are provided on many products (glass tiles, glass gems, sea glass, crystal nuggets, and many other products). The amount we charge for samples is based on our cost to package and ship the samples; as such, samples are not returnable.
