Customer Confidentiality
Wholesalers USA does not share, sell, or trade information on our customers. All information provided by you to us is strictly confidential
and will never be distributed or shared with any other parties.
Spamming, Pop-Ups, and eMail Policy
Wholesalers USA does not spam, solicit by telephone, send unsolicited emails, nor put pop-up messages onto your
computer. Any email sent will be only to acknowledge information on orders received, or to to notify customers of new or
sale items if they had elected to receive our newsletters. We do our own bulk postal mailing.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encrypt your transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information,
including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Split Credit Card Number
We provide additional security by breaking your credit card number into two pieces and place them in two independent
locations, this way the entire credit card number never resides in a single location.
Option to Call in Your Credit Card Number
If you do not want to supply your credit card information over the Internet, you can always call us on our toll free
number (800-939-5015) to place your order.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for charges in excess of $50 that result from the
unauthorized use of your credit card. If a credit card issuer holds you liable for any of this $50, we will cover the
entire liability for you, up to the full $50. Wholesalers USA will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use
of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Wholesalers USA.
Credit Reporting - Account Holders Only
Wholesalers USA, Inc. reports the status of customer accounts Equifax. Other than reporting to Equifax we do not share customer
information with anyone. This includes email and postal mail addresses.
