Vitreous Glass Mosaic Tiles are a classic for mosaic art. These are mini versions of our Vitreous tiles, the colors match the Vitreous according to part number. These tiles are made of colored glass; they are fade and frost resistant.

- Ridged Bottoms: Makes cutting the tiles much easier.
- Tile Size: Individual tiles are 10mm by 10mm with a thickness of 3.5mm.
- Sheet Size: 12 inches by 12 inches.
- Spacing Between Tiles: 1/16 inch (approximate).
- Paper Face Mounted: Saves hours of work when installing your tiles - the paper keeps the tiles neatly arranged in a grid during installation. After the tiles are mounted, the paper is easily removed using water.
- Sheet of 729 tiles: Best value and versatility - keep these tiles on the paper for easy mounting, or use water to easily remove them to mount the individual tiles.
Once you have chosen your glass tile you will want to make sure that you pick the correct thin-set (Mortar/Adhesive) for your installation.
Most thin-sets are not specifically formulated for glass tile, but Mapei thin-set, “Adesilex” is formulated specifically for glass tile.
Not only is “Adesilex” specifically formulated for glass tile but it is the whitest Non-Sag thin-set available in the market. Reference the checklist below to make sure you have all the materials needed to complete your project!
