Giorbello™ designer glass tiles are suited for residential and commercial applications as well as for use in crafting projects. These crystal glass tiles are vibrant in color and durable for long lasting applications. The tiles are made of crystal clear glass with a “kiln fired” colored backing. After the backing is kiln fired, a waterproof sealer is applied to the back to ensure they hold up under the wettest conditions. As such, they are ideal for indoor and outdoor use. They can be used in shower stalls, swimming pools, kitchens, bathrooms, in most any place you can think of.
- Fiberglass Mesh Backing: Saves hours of work when installing your tiles - the backing keeps the tiles neatly arranged in a grid during installation.
- Sheet of 144 tiles: Best value and versatility - keep these tiles on their backing for easy mounting, or remove from the backing to mount individual tiles. Compare the price per tile, these prices cannot be beat by anyone.
- Sheet Size: Sheet is 11.75" by 11.75".
- Tile Size: 23x23 mm (slightly less than 1" square), and a thickness of 5 mm (3/16")
- Baked Color Finish: The colored backing on these tiles is hardened by kiln baking at a high temperature. This ensures long life and durability.
- Waterproof Sealer: Waterproof sealer applied to the backs ensures the tiles can hold up to the harshest environments.
- Easy to Remove from Mesh Backing: Tiles can be easily pulled from their mesh backing for use as individual tiles in crafting projects.

Once you have chosen your glass tile you will want to make sure that you pick the correct thin-set (Mortar/Adhesive) for your installation.
Most thin-sets are not specifically formulated for glass tile, but Mapei thin-set, “Adesilex” is formulated specifically for glass tile.
