Giorbello Atlantis Glass Mosaic Tiles have a beautiful iridized finish which gives their surface a spectacular shimmering look. Due to their Iridized nature, the color of Giorbello Atlantis glass tiles changes under different types of light and depends upon the viewing angle. Light Blue is our lightest blue in the Atlantis series. Under florescent lighting, the tile resembles a clear summer sky. It has a cloudy light blue appearance with a few dark spots. In direct sunlight, the color is a light cloudy blue with a hint of dark bluish purple/green spots. An incandescent light makes the tile look dominantly turquoise with a few random spots of purple and other blues.

Once you have chosen your glass tile you will want to make sure that you pick the correct thin-set (Mortar/Adhesive) for your installation.
Most thin-sets are not specifically formulated for glass tile, but Mapei thin-set, “Adesilex” is formulated specifically for glass tile.
