These Amethyst beads are made from high grade African Amethyst (grade AB). Each bead is beautifully shaped and polished to bring out the true deep purple colors of African Amethyst. The beads are nicely polished with no blemishes, they are not dyed or artificially enhanced in any way. Amethyst from Africa is much preferred over Brazilian Amethyst due to its much darker purple color.
